Novasol Chemicals is looking for support in the compliance department.in our office in Kraainem, Brussels
Your role:
- Analyse commercial and business contract and point out the risks and non conformities
- Review marketing materials, presentations and website to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and documents (in compliance with ISO9001:2015)
- Collect & Manage data on sustainability topics
- Drive some initiatives on ESG activities
- Support the CSRD reporting with the financial and quality team
- Answering technical questionnaires from customers regarding
- Sustainability
- Managing projects for licenses & certificates from government and authorities
Your profile:
- Bachelor degree with legal background or similar experience
- Knowledge or active interest in Sustainability
- 2 or 3 years working experience in similar environment
- You are fluent in Dutch/French & English
- You are very well organized
- Keeping deadlines and manage priorities are part of your DNA
